Alterations & Rework

- One complimentary adjustment may be offered for garments stitched by Boutique on Call.
- Custom stitching items cannot be refunded once production has begun.
Delivery & Turnaround
- Turnaround times depend on order complexity and workload.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to scheduling or production delays.
- Courier shipments are handled at customer risk after dispatch.
- Customers must be available to accept delivery; rescheduling may incur charges.
Express & Urgent Services
- Express tailoring is available at additional cost depending on urgency.
- Extra charges based on request speed will be communicated before acceptance.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled only within a limited time after booking.
- No cancellations are allowed once stitching or production has started.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as service credits.
